Dr. Hannah Farber joins the program to discuss her book, Underwriters of the United States: How Insurance Shaped the American Founding. The book is particularly pertinent given the discussions surrounding shipping in and around the Black Sea. Dr. Hannah Farber is an Assistant Professor of History at Columbia University.
